Stay a cut... BELOW!

April showers bring May flowers...and really tall grass and weeds! Please make sure to keep your lawn nicely mowed this season. The POA requires lawns to be maintained at 6” or below; if a lawn continues to be above the 6” mark, the homeowner will receive a warning letter. Those with rock landscaping also need to keep a close eye on the weeds that sprout between the rocks. A good weed killer applied in the late spring or early summer should help keep those pesky problems to a minimum. Another helpful hint is to weed eat and maintain the area around your trash enclosure and landscaping bushes.
